- The services will be the subject of a mono-attribute framework agreement without minimum and with maximum, executed by emission of purchase orders in accordance with the provisions of articles R2162-2, R2162-4 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Order Code. The service will include the supply and the delivery of telepal badges constantly qualified by ASFA and inter-operable on all the tolls of the concessionary companies of French motorways, antistatic pockets and fixing supports embedded in vehicles of the Sarthe department. All badges Access to telepaliaries must have been configured and delivered to the Department on December 12, 2025 at the latest, for use at the earliest January 1 2026
