This Consultation concerns: - A: Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of the Multi-Brand Flexible and Rigid Endoscopy Park - B: Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of the Multi-Brand Ultrasound System (Probes and Ultrasound Machines) - C: Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Patching Networks and SocketsOf medical gases and vacuum groups for medical use - Supply of parts deemed to be consumables, spare parts and accessories and standard exchanges associated with these maintenance services. The nature of the services and the conditions of their execution are defined in the Cctp and its annexes.Stations Proposed by the Candidate Must Include Taking into Account Current Regulatory or Normative Documents Will Comply with Approved French Laws, Regulations and Standards in Force. Each Lot Will Be the Subject of a Framework Agreement Which Will Be Allocated to a Single Operator Ecoeconomical, and will give rise to the issuance of purchase orders as and when required
