Description:
The market consists of main project management missions to the pre-project level studies, obtaining administrative authorizations, and assistance to project management, in the design of the project to create the Joue-les-Tours diffuser.
The development consists of creation of a complete diffuser and all the arrangements necessary for the restorations of the secondary tracks on the A85 motorway and the RD 86 route de Monts.
The municipality concerned by the development is: Joue-les-Tours (37).
The development also includes the creation of a carpooling car park of approximately 50 places to the right of the diffuser.

 The creation of two roundabouts of connection
 Restoring access to dwellings
The layout does not provide for a toll station, nor upgrade to the upper passage supporting the RD 86. The diffuser will be free to toll for internal traffic to the west.
