• Description:
• The purpose of this consultation is: multi-technical maintenance of buildings on the Le Bourget lot 1 and Charles de Gaulle lot 2 platforms (perimeter of the CDGU management premises only). Batch 1: At PARIS-LE BOURGET airport, Aéroports De Paris is setting up a multi-technical office whose missions will consist of taking into account and processing the various requests from internal and external customers present on the platform. The contract holder will be responsible for carrying out the various services in the technical fields of buildings mainly and others. Batch 2: details of services: maintenance of the buildings and equipment of the OU CDGU at Paris Charles de Gaulle airport is expected. The holder must: •Maintain the installations concerned are in good condition without the maintenance carried out causing additional aging of these installations, •Having failure rates for its installations adapted to the needs of different operators (ADP, TRANSDEVAL, GIMAS, etc.), •Have responsiveness times compatible with criticality as defined in the Intervention times paragraph. within the framework of these 2 contracts, the HOLDER(s) is (are) therefore required to respect the provisions following: •Have means of intervention adapted to the needs of the constraints requested by the Project Owner, •Have flexible means of intervention adapted to the intervention needs of my...
