Description:
The dealer's mission is to offer a varied food offer for users and HNFC staff through the cafeteria. He will also have to offer basic necessities, toys and gifts as well as press articles.
The concession is only plannedOn the site of the North Franche Comte Hospital: 100 route de Moval - 90400 Trevenans
The conditions of execution are defined in the specifications.
The concession contract takes effect from the date fixed in service order. The contract is of a firm 8 years to allow theProvider to be able to amortize the investments made for the development of the cafeteria and the preparation zone. The contract will start on the date fixed by the operating start service order.
This is a service concession contract, as defined in articles L. 1121-1and L. 1121-3 of the public procurement code. In accordance with article L. 3132-1 of the public procurement code, "when the concession contract takes occupation of the public domain, it is authorized to occupy this field for its duration"
