- The purpose of this consultation is to select a software solution, capable of:
Provide the adequate software (s) solution (s), capable of responding to its trades and planning techniques issues;
adapt, configure these solutions in the context of the Si ISGRDF and ensure its maintenance in operational conditions (publisher support);
Maintain the solution via the publisher. Integration will be carried out by the GRDF teams in charge of the MCO of the solution 3po.
The market is divided into two lots:
lot 1 Middle term planning engine2: Tour optimization engine and appointment
The candidate is free to apply for all or part of the lots
The market will be the subject of a so-called "POC" phase aimed at testing the solution in depth, this phase will be the subject of compensation.
