• FACADES LOCKSMITH REMOVABLE FALSE CEILINGS INTERIOR JOINERY TELESCOPIC STAND AND SCENIC AREA SPORTS EQUIPMENT To support the urban dynamics of Faubourg Malepère, the Toulouse town hall wanted to strengthen the supply of local facilities in the neighborhood. As such, this operation provides for the construction of new shared equipment bringing together a whole series of public facilities intended to support neighborhood life and offer all services public that users of this new district have the right to expect. Thus, the project brings together: a reception for residents, a neighborhood town hall, a media library, a games library, a culture center bringing together activity rooms, a events and shows, a restaurant and a senior area, a teen club, a sports center including a gymnasium approved for competitions and a dojo. All of these activities are organized around the central volume of the forum which is the heart of the project and embodies the town hall's desire to create a widely open, shared and shared place. In addition to these spaces intended for the public, the project also provides for the creation of spaces intended for staff who must operate this equipment (offices, logistics spaces, rest areas, etc.) Finally, the project also provides for the creation of an underground car park intended for the staff of the equipment but also for those of the neighboring school group.
