• Estimated amount excluding tax for the total duration of the contract: 505300.0 Euro(s) excluding tax. The thresholds are expressed in quantity within the consultation documents. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separated. Services are regulated by unit prices. The lack of autonomy in traveling constitutes a major difficulty in accessing sustainable employment. The PLIE is launching a framework agreement to respond to the mobility issue and enable for each participant to find a suitable and sustainable solution for home/work travel, or to expand the territorial scope in their job search, or to meet the requirements of an employer. The framework agreement, made up of 7 lots, takes take into account different aspects of mobility. This involves tackling the issue of mobility in a global approach which goes from the diagnosis of needs (1st step in a mobility approach), to the implementation of training designed to enable job seekers with a low level of learning to obtain a driving license Mobility diagnosis Mobility diagnosis
