• Description:
• Taking charge of an immobilized vehicle in order to transport or tow it to the mechanical workshops of Toulouse Métropole. In certain cases, the vehicle will have to be moved between two sites in Toulouse Métropole or transported to a garage specific, responsible for intervening on the reasons for the breakdown. All types of vehicles may be affected by these services. The service provider must intervene on all traffic routes, whether in the city center of Toulouse or on the ring road and highways. Exceptionally, repairs may be necessary over long distances when a community vehicle is immobilized outside the department, but these are rare services. The service provider must be able to intervene quickly, particularly in the case of the immobilization of large vehicles on public roads. Services may occasionally take place at night, on weekends and on public holidays.
