• Hardware products and materials Electrical and lighting equipment Materials for wood joinery Materials for plumbing The purpose of this contract is to supply products and materials for the technical services of the Municipality of Bezons (95870). In accordance with the provisions of article L2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code, this contract is an allotment contract broken down into four (4) lots, which will each constitute a public contract in its own right, namely: - Lot n°1: Products and hardware materials, - Lot n°2: Electrical and lighting equipment, - Lot n°3: Materials for wood joinery, - Lot n°4: Materials for plumbing This is a market for current supplies in accordance with the provisions of the articles L1111-3 and R2121-6 of the public procurement code. This contract is awarded on the basis of a formalized procedure, such as an open call for tenders, in accordance with the provisions of articles L.2124-1, R.2124-1 and R.2124-2 of the Public Procurement Code. THE The market is a framework agreement with single-award purchase orders in accordance with the provisions of articles R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the public procurement code.
