Description:
The purpose of the consultation: this framework agreement concerns the purchase of musical CDs and vinyls of French variety / international variety / classic and lyrical / opera / electro, techno / hard rock and metal / jazz, blues and gospel / film / pop rock and indie, funk, rap and r'n'b / Youth / Music of the world / France regions / texts and documents, and DVD and DVD Bluray fiction, documentaries and musical for adults and youth. These documents are essentially new products and are made available to the public for the loan or consultation within Libraries of the city of Nice.
This consultation is launched according to the procedure: Open call for tenders-Articles R.2124-2 1 and R.2161-2 to 5 of the public procurement code.
Acquisition of sound documents
Estimate of the administration HT: 16,750.00 euros (established over a period of 12 month).
Framework agreement with order pleasures:
Minimum amount: 10,000.00 euros.
Maximum amount: 60,000.00 euros.
