Description:
This tender consultation concerns lots 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 9 - 10 - 11 - 13 - 14 - 15 - 16 - 17 - 18 - 19 - 19 of the construction of the Adrienne Bolland school group.
Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution.
The services are paid by prices lump sums.
The project concerns the realization of the new school group Adrienne Bolland on a richly wooded plot located against the Borde Bio farm in the Izards district.
It consists of:
- New construction of 3 entities:
- a building in the north in R+2: refectory at the DRC level, elementary at R+1 and R+2 levels
- A building in the south in R+1: Kindergarten on DRC and R+1 levels
- A central building in R+1: reception functions at the DRC level, premises of the teaching team at level R+1,
- The renovation of the old market garden house in the DRC: bike premises and multivalent room open to the neighborhood
