The contract includes optional slices defined in the specifications.
Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution.
The services are paid by flat prices.
In order to increase the establishment's capacity to meet the demographic needs of the living area School, complying the buildings with the new school repository and improving the overall energy performance of the site, the Toulouse town hall is considering the following work on the Rangueil school group:
- Complete rehabilitation of the elementary school, building in R+2 on crawl space of which only the Post-Poutres structure of the 1960s will be preserved (work on the firm tranche)
-asbestos removal and deconstruction of the nursery school on the ground floor then reconstruction of a school in R+1 (work on the optional tranche)
Asbestos removal and deconstruction Partial of the elementary school were the subject of a previous anticipated consultation in order to allow the carrying out of the work in February 2025.
The work subject to this open tender consultation concern only the lot 01 "Various roads & networks"
