Description:
Project management competition on sketch. In order to support the dynamism of the stone cross sector, the Toulouse town hall wishes to rehabilitate the theater of the Digue, located on the crossroads of stone cross, near the tram and the island of Ramier. Built in 1938 to accommodate a Cinema, the Digue Theatre building experienced several uses, before being damaged by the AZF explosion. Since 2016, a theatrical company in residence since 2016, has been welcoming the Theatre de la Digue. The current building has not experienced any renovation operation since the explosion and is now not very suitable to current use. Designed according to the standards of 1938, the theater now requires upgrading to standard safety, risk of flooding, but also the realization of a performance hall adapted to current practices. The city today wishes to redevelop the theater for Allow the development of this activity and the reception of a company in the best conditions of artistic development. The challenge of the new dike theater will be to provide the most current tools to allow artistic creation and the reception of companies as part of artist's residence. The maximum amount of the provisional financial envelope allocated to the work is set at 4,200,000.00 euros HT (value June 2025) including furniture and scenic equipment.
