- To support the urban dynamics of the Fondyre sector, the Toulouse town hall plans to strengthen the offer in terms of local equipment. Thus the Fondyre sector will host a new school group which will have a reception capacity of 22 classes (9 kindergarten and 13 elementary).
This Construction will be located in the heart of a new district under construction of collective housing, and near the future metro station.
It will have to reach the highest level of environmental performance which corresponds to positive energy buildings, or to level E4 of the LABELLING E+C- Considering the E3 level reached without photovoltaic production.
The school group will necessarily include oasis courses which contribute to the fight against urban heat islets, with greater vegetation associated with a global reflection on water management of rain and the permeability of the soil.
This equipment will have to be delivered in the 2nd quarter of 2027 for an opening of the establishment at the start of the school year in September 2027.
