- Presentation of the project:
The project consists of the relocation of premises of the CRR theater antenna in an existing warehouse, at 35 rue de Dunkirk 31200 Toulouse.
The floor area is around 1,080 m2. The grip of the building in the DRC is 980m2 and 215 m2 in R+1 on the facade aloneGiving street.
The provisional duration of the work is 14 months (2 months of preparation + 12 months work).
The design office in its technical assistance mission to project management will accompany the master's project for the services requested.
The total amount of the work is estimated at 3,300000 euros (s) ht.
Current state of the deposit to be laid:
Currently, the building is a deposit in a strongly degraded state, requiring substantial work. Aging and very little maintained in recent years, its interior has been in poor condition: partitions, joinery, soil, equipment,False ceiling, metal frame, etc.
An asbestos location was carried out and has proven to be positive. The structural polls have highlighted fragrances in the frame and paving, while the exploration of buried networks has not revealed any worrying element.
Note that threeFacades of the building are adjoining private plots, only one of them offering direct access to the street.
