- Presentation of the project: The project consists of the relocation of the premises of the CRR theater antenna in an existing warehouse, at 35 rue de Dunkerque 31200 Toulouse. The floor surface is approximately 1,080 m2. The grip of the building in the DRC is 980m2 and 215 m2 in R+1 on the facade aloneoverlooking the street. The provisional duration of the work is 14 months (2 months of preparation + 12 months work). The design office in its technical control assistance mission will accompany the project manager for the services requested. The total amount of work is estimated at 3,300000 Euro (s) HT. Current state of the deposit to be set up: currently, the building is a deposit in a strongly degraded state, requiring substantial work. Aging and very little maintained in recent years, its interior has been in poor condition: partitions, joinery, soil, equipment,False ceiling, metal frame, etc. An asbestos location was carried out and proved to be positive. The structural surveys highlighted weaknesses in the frame and paving, while the exploration of buried networks has not revealed any worrying element. Note that threeBuilding facades are adjoining private plots, only one of them offering direct access to the street.
