Description:
The framework agreement is "composite". It includes an "ordinary market" part and a "purchase order framework agreement" part.
Each lot will be awarded separately.
The services are paid:
- by a global and fixed price for lots 1, 2 and 3
- by unit prices for lot 4
Estimated amount excluding tax for purchase order services: 380,000 Euro(s) excluding tax for the total duration of the contract.
Maximum amount excluding tax for purchase order services: 480,000 Euro(s) excluding tax for the total duration of the contract.
The estimated amounts are indicative and include similar services envisaged.
This responsibility implies the obligation for the municipality to set up an animal pound service, in compliance with the requirements of article L.211-24 of the Rural and Maritime Fishing Code. It also includes the management of stray or dangerous animals, in accordance with article L.2212-2 of the General Code of Local Authorities (CGCT).
