- The purpose of this consultation is to work to extend and rehabilitate the Courrege school group-lots 01-02-03-04-04-07-07-08-10-11-12-14-15-16-17-19.
The operation consists in enlarging and rehabilitating the two schools in order to increase the capacity of the Courrege school group. It includesIn particular the compliance of the existing (3,777 m2) with regard to the tertiary decree (Horizon 2050) and it will make it possible to reach the level E4C1 for new construction (1288 m2 SDP).
The operation will take place in several phases:
-Phase 1: the construction of the elementary elementaryand restructuring of the building C
-Phase 2: the rehabilitation of the elementary and maternal. 3%warranty. Advance planned at the market under the conditions of the CCAP.
