This operation consists in creating the final roads between the Boulevard Marechal June and rue Andre Malraux, thus creating access to the ZAC de la Crestade and the future high school of the Golf Hotel.
At the Malraux Street level to allow the reversal of buses and to reclassify the adjoining roads.
1200m³ buried retention basin and the creation of a car park of approximately 160 spaces. bar provisional in 2020. It will have to be delivered before the start of the school year for September 1, 2026.
