Description:
The project consists of:
- the construction of a building with a useful surface of the order of 2,800 m2 spread over two levels, one of which is partial, including:
- Reception premises (reception bank, sanitary facilities, two-wheeler space),
- changing rooms comprising 30 individual cabins, 10 collective changing rooms, 650 lockers,
- showers and toilets,
- a sports pool 25 m length and an area of 500 m2 (8 corridors),
- a learning basin with an area of 150 m2,
- a splashpad,
- premises for clubs (a meeting room, an office and a premises storage of equipment),
- premises for staff (changing rooms and sanitary facilities, rest room, offices),
- Technical and maintenance premises
- The development of outdoor spaces comprising:
- a 5,700 m2 solarium including a 150 m2 lagoon,
- a parking lot with 110 spaces.
This market takes effect from the date of notification of the service order prescribing the start of the market for a provisional and indicative period of 26 months including 2 months of preparation. The deadline includes 12 months of assistance in the management of the perfect completion guarantee
