- The purpose of this contract is to provide cleaning services for roads and public spaces in the metropolitan branch of La Valette-du-Var, divided into two geographical lots: lot 1 corresponding to the city center, and lot 2 to the South sector. This market is reserved for economic operators employing disabled and disadvantaged workers. Article L2113-12 of Ordinance No. 2018-1074 of November 26, 2018 relating to the legislative part of the public procurement code provides that markets or lots of a market may be reserved for suitable companies mentioned in article L. 5213-13 of the Labor Code, to work assistance establishments and services mentioned in Article L. 344-2 of the Social Action and Families Code as well as to equivalent structures, when they employ a minimum proportion, fixed by regulation, of disabled workers who, due to the nature or severity of their impairments, cannot carry out professional activity under normal conditions. The Toulon Provence Mediterranee Metropolis (TPM) is committed to ensuring that public procurement can contribute to the professional integration of workers with disabilities in its territory.
