- The Toulon Provence Mediterranee Metropolis was engaged in 2019 in the construction of a territorial food project in order to support the food transition to sustainable agricultural production, resilient and accessible to all. After obtaining level 1 label in 2021, the patTPM was labeled "PAT in action", at level 2, in March 2024 by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Sovereignty for a period of 5 years.
A support program for a sustainable collective catering is set up within the framework of the PAT, declining in 3 shares:
1.CNFPT training - What is a sustainable collective catering?
2. Support for pilot canteens to the adoption of sustainable practices
3. Awareness of guests and supervisors to sustainable food
as part of this support path and to implement action 2 Support for pilot canteens to the adoption of sustainable practices ", the Toulon Provence Mediterranee metropolis wishes to call on a service provider to support 4 canteens of the territory per year in order to promote the adoption and implementation of sustainable practices in these" pilots "canteens". The market, concluded for one year, will be renewable twice, subject to the necessary budgets.
