Description:
Law No. 2021-1104 of August 22, 2021 known as "Climate and Resilience" entrusted the National Housing Agency (ANAH) with deployment to local authorities in the Public Service of Housing Energy Performance (SPPEH). In this context, a new programmed intervention system is created: the France Renov 'territorial pact. Since 2017, the metropolis has built an innovative service with the well at home with pigs and opah. A unique answer, the metropolis has managed to deploy a service that meets two public policies (Habitat and Environment) And allowing to support a large number of citizens in their renovation projects, whatever the type of work or their income levels. Wishing to perpetuate this service because it is recognized as a major tool for the private housing policy included in the local housing program in adoption course, the metropolis will be part of this new upcoming contractualization model which will thus make it possible to maintain the effectiveness of the user journey in coherence with the needs of households.
