Description:
This consultation concerns a framework agreement for purchase orders aimed at providing assistance in the recruitment of strategic executives for the City of Toulouse and Toulouse Metropole. The expected actions start from the analysis of the need, sourcing, direct approach, bases of candidate data, active search on social networks and the internet, activation of professional networks, processing of applications (including those transmitted by the contracting authority), examination of applications according to the expectations of the position and the expectations of General Management which recruits, reference checks, presentation of the pre-selection ("shortlist"), participation in interviews, possible tests, writing of the report of the interviews and restitution of the interviews and tests, participation in the final choice, responses to candidates.
