The services aim to:
* Provision of a complete management solution for placed and unplaced ticketing and fixed and mobile access control for the cultural establishments of the town hall of Toulouse, Toulouse Metropole and the Etablissement Public du Capitole and meeting the functional and technical objectives of the Community;
* rights to use the solution (hosting, preventive, regulatory and corrective maintenance) including telephone assistance (support and hotline access), remote maintenance and third-party application maintenance
* the recovery and acquisition of equipment and associated maintenance,
* specific development services including interfaces and web services,
* assistance services (technical assistance, training, configuration, etc.), study and project management / monitoring of quality of service,
* the acquisition and operation of licenses and new modules,
* reversibility services,
*the services for resuming existing data,
* Assistance and support to users during the start-up and during the exploitation phase of the tool as well as the training of reference users during the deployment of the complete solution,
* taking into account development needs and changes in use through personalized advice.
