- The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders.

Services are regulated by unit prices.
The supply of tires (new and retreaded), consumables, tools, the recovery of used tires, as well as the production services related to tire management.
This framework agreement concerns all ranges of vehicles managed by Toulouse Metropole: light and utility vehicles (VL / VUL), heavy goods vehicles (PL), public works machinery (TP), handling, agricultural vehicles and machinery, etc.
This framework agreement comprises three (3) lots:
- A first batch relating to the supply of new tires for light and utility vehicles, consumables and tools (valves, balancing weights, etc.), as well as the provision of services linked to these tires (assembly, balancing, repair following puncture, etc.),
- A second lot relating to the supply of new tires and retreaded tires for heavy vehicles and the provision of associated services (assembly, balancing, etc.)
- A third lot relating to the supply of new tires for agricultural, horticultural and various machinery, roadworks (sweeper, etc.), handling and public works and the provision of associated services (assembly, balancing, etc.)
