Description:
The purpose of this contract is the supply, delivery, installation and maintenance of new professional audio and video equipment, specifically intended for live shows, events and exhibitions.
She is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code.
The framework agreement with maximum is implemented in accordance with articles L2125-1 1, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will give rise has issuing purchase orders.
The services are divided into 2 lots, each lot will be the subject of a separate allocation.
Services are regulated by unit prices.
The estimated amounts are indicative and include the all renewal periods.
Lot 1: Supply, delivery, installation and maintenance of professional audio equipment for shows, events and exhibitions
Lot 2: Supply, delivery, installation and maintenance of professional video equipment for shows, events and exhibitions
The Candidates have the opportunity to submit offers for all lots.
