- Description:
- The purpose of this contract is the supply, delivery, installation and maintenance of new professional audio and video equipment, specifically intended for live shows, events and exhibitions. The award procedure used is: open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with maximum is concluded in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. Each framework agreement will be allocated to a single economic operator. The services are divided into 2 lots, each lot will be subject to a separate attribution. Services are regulated by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. Lot 1: Supply, delivery, installation and maintenance of audio equipment professional shows, events and exhibitions Lot 2: Supply, delivery, installation and maintenance of professional video equipment for shows, events and exhibitions Applicants have the opportunity to submit offers for all batches. Lighting does not fall within the scope of this framework agreement. In addition, all departments of the City of Toulouse and Toulouse Métropole may be required to consume on these markets.
