- Toulouse Metropole performs numerous diagnoses of chemical pollution up to the estimation of work according to the future use of the site. Following these diagnoses, the community is led to carry out rehabilitation work according to future use on its territory. The objectiveFrom this framework agreement is to define any needs of the community in terms of chemical depollution as well as the restoration of land after depollution. Consultation launched by a group of orders. The framework agreement will be executed by the emission of purchase orders. The servicesare set by unit prices. Framework agreement with maximum (28 million euros excluding tax over 4 years) spent with two economic operators
