- The purpose of the framework agreement is: - corrective maintenance of the giant screen and the perimeter LEDs of the Toulon Sports Palace. The objective is to obtain an optimum display media while retaining current structures. They include parts, labor and displacement and All other various specifications that the holder would need. The holder provides repair on site with or without replacing spare parts. He can take control of remotely to solve problems from his premises. - exceptional services in case of failure of the perimeter LEDs or the system of diffusion of images and its console. The holder must provide substitution equipment that will maintain events and demonstrations programmed.
