That is to say, operation and maintenance, upkeep of premises and green spaces. This, in the most favorable economic, technical and social conditions in order to:
- allow an adapted technical presence to ensure the best possible operation,
- provide a quality of service aimed, over time, at maintaining the condition and performance of equipment and installations equivalent to those of origin.
The services concerning B612 installations must be broken down into two levels of requirements:
- standard for the entire building B612; (25,727m2 of floor area; 42,185m2 of overall area including the roof, terraces and covered parking)
- specific for precisely identified premises, and for which particularities and more stringent requirements are requested in terms of services for the equipment (4 zones: two technical platforms on the R+5, a storage zone on the R+2 and an antenna zone on the roof, i.e. 1500m2 in total.
The maximum capacity of the building in terms of number of people is 1000.
