- The Toulouse Metropole Stadium has been renovated for Euro 2016, including the creation of new access control areas. These improvements aimed at facilitating the entry of spectators and strengthening the safety of events.
The access control is distributed over the three stadium entries.
TheDistribution of control points is as follows:
Fixed control posts:
-nord is: 33 Control points including a PMR
-Sud is: 5 control points including a PMR
-Nord-west: 10 control points including a PMR
Mobile control posts: 49 pdas (WiFi compatible)
In total, 48 points ofFixed control will be replaced (new tripods equipped with a reader) and the 49 pdas are also to be replaced by WiFi compatible PDAS and 5G.
Indeed, the announcement by the manufacturer of the manufacturing of the manufacturing of the spare parts of the access control readers, from October 312025, leads to the obsolescence of the latter.
The objective agreement is:
-The supply, installation and maintenance of tripods equipped with fixed players and mobile players,
-The supply, implementation and maintenance of a software for management systemAccess of the Stadium meeting the functional and technical objectives of the community.
For the "framework agreement to order formal enforcement", the total amount of services for the duration of the framework agreement is defined as follows:
