- The purpose of the consultation is to buy FPTLV training services that can be integrated into a course.
It includes the following two lots:
- Lot 1: the assistant of social services in the health course
- Lot n 2: Better quality of user care by treating without discriminate
These training services aim to develop the knowledge and skills of staff working in the establishment of the hospital public service, in connection with the themes mentioned.
For each of the lots, the description of the needs and services expected is detailed in the shots attached to the DCE.
Lot 1 - The social services assistant in the health course
The general objective of training, the subject of this lot, is to remind the agents concerned the principles and the framework of action of the profession of social service assistant according to the Publics of users (foundations and legal, development and content of the social file, data security, confidentiality, conditions for sharing information, archiving, computerization, bedblocker).
Lot 2 - Better quality of user care by treating without discriminating
The objective General of the training, the object of this lot, is to make agents aware of how to transform practices so that each patient benefits from care free from any judgment, where diversity is a wealth and not an obstacle.
