- The general objective is to offer a complete office training offer to cover the needs (from initiation to improvement) to office software included in the system. Each FPH agent with a need for training on one or more office softwarewill thus be able to benefit from training adapted to his level of control of the software (s) he uses and the possibility of acquiring, if he wishes and subject to the agreement of his employer establishment, the corresponding PCIe or TOSA certifications.
