The purpose of this framework agreement is the maintenance and proper functioning of all public lighting installations on roads And installations open to the public for each member of the constituted group (Toulon / Le Revest antenna and the city of Toulon) such as: play areas, parks and gardens, sports institutions, values of certain buildings and the terminals of resellers on the markets. The ways concerned are the ways managed by the MTPM and by the city of Toulon, by extension the private roads open to public traffic.
This management includes preventive, palliative and corrective maintenance services.
