25DSP03-Public service delegation (DSP) in the form of a leaning for the operation of the Public sanitation service (networks of the western collection basin: La Seyne-sur-Mer, Toulon-Ouest and Revest -les- Water)
The purpose of this consultation is the choice by the Toulon Provence Mediterranee Metropolis of the holder of the delegation contract of the Public Water Collection Service worn, on the Toulon-Ouest perimeter.
This contract relates to the exploitation of the public service for the collection of wastewater from the municipalities of La Seyne-sur-Mer, Saint-Mandrier-sur-Mer, Toulon-Ouest, and Revest-les-Eaux, dependent on the amphitria sanitation system, or around 476 km of networks and 46 recovery stations.
It also relates to the proper control of the non -collective sanitation devices of this same perimeter, or 715 units.
The public service concession contract will take effect - after deliberation of the metropolitan council authorizing the president to sign The contract-as of July 1, 2026 to end on December 31, 2040, a duration of 14.5 years, with an entry into the contractual perimeter for the municipalities of Toulon-Ouest and the Revest-les-Eaux deferred on July 1, 2027.
A period of tile (forecast duration of two months) at from the notification is provided (see article 4 of the consultation regulations)
