Description:
The purpose of the consultation is: the deconstruction and construction of a new EHPAD of 102 beds, including 88 classic EHPAD beds, 14 beds of the reinforced accommodation unit (UHR) as well as an adapted activity and care center (PASA) that can accommodate 14 people.
The market at Concluding has passed according to a competitive dialogue procedure in application of articles L.2124-4, R.2124-3 3 and R.2161-24 to R.2161-31 of the public procurement code (CCP).
It will make it possible to ensure the deconstruction and design according to article R 2124-3 paragraph 3, construction, exploitation and building maintenance to ensure that the sustainable development objectives are achieved and that the building respects the objectives set.
The procedures for organizing the procedure are described in article 1.7 of the consultation regulations.
