Description:
This consultation concerns the supply, the delivery of natural gas and the associated services.
Its purpose is the conclusion, on behalf of the members, of a framework agreement for:
- the supply and delivery of natural gas for delivery points (PDL), the list of which is presentedat the CCTP-C and in the appendices of subsequent markets for members of the order group, the list of which is presented in the annex to the CCAP-C and in the annexes of the subsequent markets;
- The coverage of storage obligations;
- The obligations of restitution to the State of certificates of certificates of certificates of certificates of certificates of certificates of certificates of certificatesProduction of biogas from July 1, 2023, in accordance with articles R-446-113 to R446-124 of the energy code;
-invoicing, including the transmission of invoices in computerized data exchange (EDI) and the assumption of relations with the distribution network in the distribution network inThe framework of a single contract, to the public distribution network;
-the services of compulsory services described to the specific administrative clauses notebook (CCAP-C) and to the specific technical clauses notebook (CCTP-C).
