The heritage modeling project in a BIM GEM digital model aims to define, create, feed and update information from the technical and rental base around the maintenance plan, and interface it with the current tools of Auvergne Habitat.
This is a projectStrategic to ensure the sustainability of the heritage, share and make information between the teams, contribute to the development of the structure and finally consolidate customer satisfaction by providing new services to the tenants of Auvergne Habitat.
Thus, the modelmust help improve the intervention efficiency of teams and make it possible to optimize costs to invest and make it possible to gain reactivity and quality of service towards tenants.
