25 Servis02 - Service fittings for preventive and curative maintenance services TRAFT FIRS and TRICULTIAL SIGNALIZATION ESCREMENTS OF THE EAST SECTOR OF THE METROPOLE
The procedure concerns the realization of preventive and curative maintenance services of the equipment of traffic lights and light and sound signaling on the territories East of the metropolis (Hyeres, La Crau, La Garde, La Valette, Le Pradet).
There is no planned decomposition in lots.
The contracting authority has decided not to launch the consultation in separate lots for the following reasons: The market does not allow the identification of separate services. These services are homogeneous and uniform. Interdependent and linked to each other, their allotment would not allow them to optimize when they correspond to the needs of the territories concerned.
The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year from September 20 2025 or the date of notification of the contract so later in September 20, 2025. The number of renewal periods is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period is 12 months. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 48 months.
