This consultation follows the declaration of no further action for reasons of general interest of a technical nature of the contract project no. 25-CP04-069-MA for the design and construction of the development work on the street floor of the Lumiere annex site of the Center Pompidou. The need was re-studied and redefined. There The subject of this consultation is a design-construction contract for the development of the ground floor of the annex site called Lumiere du Center Pompidou, hereinafter referred to as the Center or the Pompidou Center or the public entity or the contracting authority. The act of commitment serving as a notebook special administrative clauses (AE-CCAP), the specific technical clauses (CCTP) and its annexes specify the description of the services and their technical specifications as well as the terms of execution of the contract. This contract, subject to the provisions of articles L. 2171-2 and R. 2171-1 of the public procurement code, is a global design-build contract based on technical reasons whose use conditions the design, production and implementation. It is concluded with a single group of economic operators (single beneficiary).
