- At the level of its territory, the Directorate of Sociocultural Action of the Toulouse town hall works in favor of the access of the greatest number of people, all generations combined, to cultural, educational, creative practices in a relationship of proximity and conviviality, via aArtistic programming accompanied by mediation actions and an offer of artistic leisure, body expressions or outdoor activities. As part of these missions, it offers a variety of activities of activities structured by season, by responding to several cultural and social issues.Indeed, these proposals aim for learning, artistic education and the experimentation of creative, educational and/or bodily expressions over time of leisure with a perspective of shared pleasure, fulfillment and social ties.
