Description:
Carrying out public space works as part of the New Public Spaces Program
The work is carried out in two sectors; the Digue des francais / Mercantour sector and the Heart of the neighborhood sector.
This consultation is launched following the procedure: Open call for tenders - articles R.2124-2 1 and R.2161-2 to 5 of the Order Code
Roads and various networks (VRD)
Lot at unit prices including a firm tranche: Carrying out all public space work and an optional tranche: Carrying out development work provisional.
Administration estimate excluding tax: 4,603,439.45 Euros including 4,513,281.45 Euros excluding tax for the firm tranche and 90,158 Euros excluding tax for the tranche optional.
The constituent members of the control group are made up of Regie Eau d'Azur et Nice Cote d'Azur metropolis. The coordinator is the Nice Cote d'Azur Metropolis. The financial breakdown of the order group which relates to LOT 1 VRD is as follows: Metropole NCA AEP/ EU/ Watering share (in %): 3.40 - Eau d'Azur drinking water share (in %): 1.20 - Eau d'Azur waste water share (in %): 0 - Metropolitan NCA share excluding AEP/EU / Watering (in %): 95.40.
