Description:
This consultation concerns the organization and animation of institutional events.
It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 3 of the code public procurement.
The framework agreement with maximum has enforced articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public procurement code. It sets the conditions for performing services and executed as the vouchers are issued order.
THE services are set by unit prices.
The maximum amount of services for the initial period of the framework agreement is defined as follows:
- TM: 250,000 Euro (s) HT
- VT: 250,000 Euro (s) HT
The amounts will be identical for each renewal period.
The estimated amount of Services for the initial framework of the framework agreement is defined as follows:
- TM: 70,000 Euro (s) HT
- VT: 70,000 Euro (s) HT
The amounts will be identical for each renewal period.
The services will be funded according to the following terms:
1) City of own resources of Toulouse
2) Toulouse Metropole own resources
As soon as a global payment of 30 days
