24C0001 - Coordinating urban planning architect and project management missions for the design and implementation of the urban renewal project for the North-East district: Reine-Jeanne, Clos des Fontaines, Grange d'Orel sectors.
Consultation relates to a single batch. The market is an agreement-single-award framework partly to subsequent contracts and partly to purchase orders, with minimum and maximum in application of article R 2162-2 to 14 of the public procurement code. It is passed for a period of 10 years from the notification.
Mini HT = 300,000 euros; Max. HT = 3000,000 euros.
This framework agreement will be awarded to a single economic operator (mono-awardee).
This procedure is broken down into two phases:
- this public call for applications, which aims to establish the list of 3 candidates admitted to submit an offer;
- consultation of the three candidatests who have been admitted to submit an offer, the aim of which is to ultimately select a single candidate.
As an indication, the estimated amount of work is estimated at 15,000,000 euros excluding tax.
