Sites concerned: Place de la Liberte, Place Porte Neuve, Place Montalivet and Place du General Leclerc, located in the city center.
These spaces, very frequented by pedestrians, impose specific technical constraints: the electrical connections must imperatively be carried out by the top of the structures to avoid any wiring on the ground

Sites concerned: Parvis du Champ de Mars, Place Aristide Briand and Parvis de la Gare.
On these locations, the connections can be carried out at soil, provided that the service provider installs cable passages in accordance with the standards in force, guaranteeing the security, stability and grip necessary for a significant pedestrian flow
