Project management competition based on sketch.
To support the urban dynamics of the Fondeyre sector, Toulouse Town Hall plans to strengthen the offer in terms of local facilities. Thus, the Fondeyre sector will welcome a new school group which will have a capacity of 22classes (9 nursery and 13 elementary).
This construction must on the one hand achieve the highest level of environmental performance, which corresponds to positive energy buildings or even level E4 of the E C label- considering the level E3 achieved without photovoltaic panelsques.
Missions entrusted: basic mission: ESQ, APS, APD, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET, AOR and additional missions: SSI, STD, PARTIAL EXE, SYNTHESIS. The project is also part of a BIM (Building Information Modeling) approach
