since 05/06/2019, Toulouse has obtained state recognition by being labeled "City of art and history" by the Ministry of Culture, a title for which it applied in 2015. establishment of an Architecture and Heritage Interpretation Center (Ciap)t required by the convention relating to the establishment of Cities and Countries of Art and History (Vpah). It is a local cultural space allowing the presentation and promotion of the different heritages of a territory holding the label. The maximum amount of the financial envelope foreseenion assigned to the work is set at 1,350,000 euros excluding tax (value August 2023). In addition to the Diag, the mission entrusted is a basic mission (Aps Apd Pro Act Visa Det Aor) and the complementary missions Ssi, Opc and Partial Exe
