This consultation concerns a framework agreement for single-award purchase orders for preventive, corrective and evolutionary maintenance services for the SAP BUSINESSOBJECTS software package for the Metropole TPM platform.
The Metropole TPM uses the BusinessObjects software package to respond to various needs.erent needs related to reporting based on business data: creation, visualization, refreshment, updating and sending of reports. It acquired to create a pool of licenses.
The Metropolis wishes to benefit from maintenance of its existing license fleet and to be able to do soevolve if necessary. Functional and technological developments lead to an obligation to permanently adapt the modules making up the BUSINESSOBJECTS software package; it is necessary to ensure continuous maintenance. In addition, the Metropolis needs assistance to:
o Administer the platformorme
o Create and maintain universes on demand
o Implement new versions of publisher universes
o Modify settings
o Functionally troubleshoot users
o Train users in the software package
The purpose of this framework agreement is to define contractual termsbetween the TPM metropolis and the future holder as part of the placing of purchase orders relating to the provision of the expected services around the BusinessObjects software package.
